Ada
Ada
is a medium-sized, spayed female, black Satin mix. She was about 5
months old when she arrived in October 2010. Ada was a bit shy at
first, but she’ll be ok once she gets to know you and will even crawl
around on you! She loves pets and getting a chance to explore.
Ada is a calm, sweet girl with excellent litter box habits, and would
be a perfect rabbit for a first-time owner.

Agate and Alabaster
Agate & Alabaster
are a bonded sister and brother pair and must be adopted together. They
are both fixed and were about 1 month old when they arrived in August
2010 . Alabaster (black/white) is the shy one of the pair. He
relies on Agate to make him feel secure. Agate (brown/white) is more
curious and outgoing. She loves to explore and beg for treats.
They’re an adorable fun pair and don't mind being petted and held too
much. Both rabbits have great litter box habits and will provide
a happy house rabbit home many hours of entertainment.

Amber
Amber is a gorgeous,
medium-sized, spayed female Cinnamon mix. Amber was about 2 months old
when she arrived in September 2010. She hasn’t had lots of human
contact, so she’s a bit shy. She doesn’t mind being held or petted
though and, with a little work, she’ll be an absolutely wonderful house
rabbit. She has excellent litter box habits and would be a great
rabbit for someone with time to shower her with love!

Daisy and Violet
Daisy and Violet are spayed female
sisters. Daisy is the white-and-brown Dutch mix that looks like a
cow. Violet is all white. They both have beautiful blue
eyes. They are about 3 years old. Daisy and Violet are bonded and
must be adopted together. Daisy is the quieter of the two. She usually
follows Violet around as Violet does the exploring. Daisy enjoys
petting more than Violet does. Violet is more vocal. She
likes to grunt her displeasure whenever you do something she doesn't
like. She's all talk and no action, though - just likes to
pretend she's tough. Violet is more outgoing and active, but
prefers running around to getting many pets. You can get her to
come to you, though, because she's crazy about treats. Both girls
like to gang up on cardboard boxes and tip them over, which is so funny
to watch! Both Daisy and Violet have excellent litter box habits
and would make a great pair of entertaining house rabbits!

Kimberly
Kimberly is a beautiful, spayed
female, brownish gray and white Dutch/Dwarf mix with unusual and
gorgeous blue eyes. Kimberly is about 3 years old. She is a spunky
little girl with a great desire to explore. She's friendly and doesn't
mind getting a few pets now and then, but her curiosity usually gets
the better of her after a short time. Kimberly has good litter box
habits and will make a nice house rabbit for a good home!

Amethyst
Amethyst is a lovely
medium-sized, spayed female white and black English spot mix. She was
born on September 11, 2010 and arrived at the shelter in November 2010.
Amethyst currently occupies a pen with her two sisters Moonstone and
Angelite. She’s the quietest and calmest of the three, and
usually hangs back when the others are diving for food or begging for
treats. She is easy to handle, enjoys pets, and would be a good
rabbit for someone who likes mellow rabbits.

Flossie
Flossie
is a spayed female Palomino mix. Flossie was about 5 months old when
she arrived in August 2008. She's grown into a buff-colored
beauty. Flossie was rescued from a park and was the rabbit that
took us the longest to catch - she's very intelligent and
resourceful. Flossie's very self-confident - she might be a bit
shy when put into a new environment for a couple of days, but she
learns quickly and warms up to people fast. She loves to explore
everything - even laps! She loves pets and attention.
Flossie has excellent litter box habits and would make a great house
bunny for just the right home.

Patches
Patches is a spayed female, white
and gray Dwarf and English Spot mix. She was about 5 months old when
she arrived in August 2008. Patches is one of several rabbits
that were rescued from a local park, and was covered with fleas, ticks,
and wounds, but she's been cleaned up and is a real cutie
now! Patches was probably born in the park and is still nervous
around people, but the rabbit volunteers have been working with
her. She's very calm and actually loves having her face
stroked. She has great litter box habits, and she'll make someone
a great house bunny!

Angelite
Angelite is a pretty
spayed female black and white English spot mix. She was born on
September 11, 2010 and arrived at the shelter in November 2010.
She’s currently in a pen with her two sisters, Amethyst and
Moonstone. Angelite is more outgoing than her sister Amethyst,
but not as much as Moonstone. She is fine with pets and being
held for short periods of time, but would rather be eating! She
is friendly and full of energy and gets her nose into everything.
She’ll be a fun rabbit for a good home.

Jenny
Jenny is a
gorgeous female, white Dwarf mix with blue eyes. She was about 6 months
old when she arrived in January 2010 and promptly had a litter days
after she came. She's shown here with her babies, Busy and
Chubby. Jenny adapts to new environments quickly and soon takes
over, lounging around like she owns the place! She likes to
climb, so she needs to be in a tall enclosure if she's confined.
She loves food, but fortunately also loves to run and jump when she's
not lounging. Jenny has good litter box habits and would make an
entertaining rabbit companion for a bunny-loving home.

Aristotle
is a neutered male, black Satin mix. Aristotle was about 7 months old
when he arrived in October 2010. Aristotle is a mellow, sweet boy
with a cute white dot on his nose. He doesn’t mind pets and
tolerates being held, but he’d rather spend his time lounging
around. He has great litter box habits. With a little work, he’ll
make a fantastic friend for a fun family!

Desiree
Desiree is a
spayed female, tri-color (brown, white, and tan) dwarf Dutch. Desiree
was about 5 months old when she arrived in January 2009. She's
full of energy and loves to move, although, when she wants them, she
melts for pets and will soak them up. Desiree is very inquisitive and
has to check out anything new around her. She adores treats and
will come running if she thinks you've got one for her! Desiree's
litter box habits are good. She'll make a wonderful house rabbit
for someone looking for an active little girl

Chubby
Chubby
is a cute white dwarf mix with blue eyes. She was born at the
shelter on January 28, 2010. Chubby got her name because when she
was a few days old, her brother Busy did all the moving while Chubby
slept and got, well, chubby. She is inquisitive but a little
shy. Chubby loves to jump and climb, so she needs to be in a tall
enclosure if confined. Her favorite hangout is on top of
cardboard boxes. Chubby doesn't mind being held and cuddled, but
doesn't enjoy it very much - she'd rather be running around. She
loves pets though. Chubby will make a fantastic house bunny for
some lucky home!

Autumn
is a spayed femaie, black and white English spot mix. She was
about 8 months old when she arrived in October 2010. Autumn is a
playful girl, full of spunk and personality. She loves to run
around, jump in the air, and be generally entertaining. She has
excellent litter box habits and will make a lively and lovely addition
to a great home.

Mystery
Mystery
is a dwarf silver marten who was found in the rain almost starved to
death. She was about 4 weeks old when she was brought to the
shelter in March 2010. It was touch-and-go for the first week or
so - Mystery didn't want to eat or move very much for several
days. A zest for life finally entered the poor little bunny and
now Mystery, who was just fur, skin, and bones when she arrived, is
filling out and full of life. Now Mystery loves food, new
experiences, and people. She loves to be cuddled and having her
face rubbed. Mystery is a miracle bunny who is looking for a home
where she'll be loved and spoiled!

Birchfield
Birchfield is a male, English spot mix, white with black
spots. He was born on August 1, 2010 and arrived at the shelter in
October 2010. Birchfield is a happy, lovable boy. He's curious
and outgoing, full of fun and energy. He's sneaky, though, and will
escape from enclosures if they aren’t secure, because he loves to go
exploring. Birchfield is an especially wonderful bunny, super
friendly and easy to handle, and will provide years of fun to a caring

Brilliana
Brilliana is a spayed female, white and brown English Spot mix.
Brilliana was about 1 year old when she arrived in July 2010. She's one
of many rabbits rescued from a neighborhood in San Clemente. She is a
friendly, curious girl who likes to check out anything new going on
around her. She isn't shy and will come up to you if you're sitting
nearby. She doesn't mind being held too much, and enjoys a few pets now
and then. Brilliana has good litter box habits and would be a fun bunny
to have around! |

Calabria
Calabria is a spayed femaie black dwarf mix. She was about 6 months old
when she arrived at the shelter in January 2011. She was the last
rabbit brought in from a rescue operation in San Clemente. She’s
a very opinionated rabbit and likes to make her wishes known. She
was a little shy at first, but her personality has really blossomed as
she has become comfortable with her surroundings. She has great
litter box habits. Calabria will be the queen of the house when she
finds her forever home.

Cayenne
Cayenne is a neutered male,
Cinnamon mix, red with dark accents on his nose and ears. He was about
8 months old when he arrived in July 2010. Cayenne is a bit shy but
sweet. He's very handsome with his dark highlights on his face and
ears. Cayenne is one of many rabbits we rescued from a neighborhood in
San Clemente. He has good litter box habits and would make a quiet,
mellow companion for a quiet, mellow home.

Cedric and Hermione
Cedric and Hermione are a brother
and sister pair who were born on September 11, 2010 and arrived at the
shelter in November 2010. Cedric is a neutered male Cinnamon mix,
Hermione is a spayed female black Satin mix. They are partners in
crime and do their best to get into mischief. Note the
conspiratorial demeanor in the pictures. Cedric is more of the
troublemaker, and is the only rabbit we’ve ever had to collar after a
neutering. Hermione tends to tag along, although she has her
moments as well. They have good litter box habits. Although
they’ll be a handful, these two will be lots of fun to watch as they
grow up

Chibi
Chibi is a male, white and red
Rhinelander Dwarf mix. Chibi was about 2 months old when he arrived in
September 2010. Chibi is super-friendly, and loves being petted, held,
and generally showered with affection. He is sneaky and likes to crawl
up the pen enclosure in which he lives, so you have to cover it. He is
a real entertainer, likes to zoom around, jump on boxes, and do giant
binkies, spinning in the air. Chibi has good litter box habits and
would make an awesome rabbit for any loving, indoor home!

Cotton
Cotton is a spayed female Florida
White. Cotton was about 6 months old when she arrived in September
2010. Cotton is an amazingly self-assured rabbit. She practically
jumps into people’s laps to try and get them to love her. She
adores pets, will do anything for treats, and is super-friendly and
outgoing. She does like getting her way, though, and if you do
something she doesn’t agree with, she’ll let you know. Cotton has
excellent litter box habits and will be a cool bunny to have around the
house!

Darwin
Darwin is a male, neutered, white
& black dwarf English Spot mix. He was about 6 months old when he
arrived in March 2011. Darwin has such a sweet face! He was
very shy when we first rescued him from a San Clemente neighborhood,
but he’s learned to trust people and will come to you for treats.
He’s easy to handle, doesn’t mind being held, and loves nothing more
than snuggles and face rubs. Darwin has excellent litter box habits and
is looking for a forever home where he’ll be given the attention that
he deserves!

Einstein and Hypatia
Einstein and Hypatia are a pair of
dwarf Cinnamon mix rabbits. They are a bonded brother and sister
pair. Einstein is a very personable rabbit, a little shy, but
more outgoing than Hypatia. Einstein makes his sister feel safe
when they feel threatened. They were very timid around people at
first, having been rescued from an area where they faced dangers every
day, but they are warming up to human interaction quickly. They both
have excellent litter box habits, and will make a great pair of house
rabbits for a quiet home where they will be showered with love.

Excalibur
Excalibur is a neutered male brown
& chocolate brown Cinnamon. He was born on September 11, 2010 and
arrived at the shelter in November 2010. He currently shares a
pen with his brothers Galahad and Lancelot. The three of them are
such a group of goofy boys! They are so much fun to watch because
they do the craziest things. Excalibur often seems like the
ringleader – you can almost see a little twinkle in his eye.
They’re fun to watch and will keep you in stitches for hours!

Fermi is a male, white and black English Spot. Fermi
was born on August 1, 2010 and arrived at the shelter in October 2010.
Fermi loves to jump and play and make you laugh! He's full of
curiosity, love of life, and desire for many munchies. He has a
nice personality, and he's sweet and easy to handle. He will
provide years of fun to a good home! |

Galicio and Polonia
Galicio and Polonia are a bonded, brother and sister
pair. Galicio is black and white, Polonia is black. They were
born on October 9, 2010 and arrived at the shelter in December
2010. Polonia is usually the braver of the two, but Galicio is
more willing to be handled and will come right up to you. Both
bunnies are curious, playful, and lots of fun! They love to do
things together and are big fans of treats of all kinds. They’ll
make a wonderful pair of rabbit companions for a home that wants hours
of entertainment!

English Spot. Galahad was born on September 11, 2010 and arrived at the
shelter in November 2010. He currently shares a pen with his
brothers Excalibur and Lancelot. The three of them are such a

arrived at the shelter in November 2010. Gawain is a friendly,

mind pets or being handled, and is an all-around nice rabbit.
He’d be a great bunny for a first-time rabbit owner. Gawain has
great litter box habits and is waiting for a wonderful forever home!

& brown English Spot mix. Gidget was about 1 year old when she
arrived in November 2010. Gidget is gentle and loving, especially when
she is in the house and getting lots of human attention. She is very
CUTE and her markings are beautiful. She has good litter box habits.

Isadora was born on August 1, 2010 and arrived at the shelter in
October 2010. She’s hilarious – whenever food comes her way, she
tries to stick her nose in it and get a few extra bites. She's
very easy to handle, loves getting pets, and is lots of fun! The
home that adopts her will enjoy watching her just to see what she comes

Kalia
Kalia is a spayed female, white with dark grey eyes,
Hotot mix. Kalia was about 3 years old when she arrived in November
2010. She LOVES to be petted and will sit on your lap or arms for as
long as you pet her. Kalia is a little firecracker and is everywhere in
the house. She's not afraid of anyone or anything. She is really
entertaining to watch as she zooms through the house. The minute you
walk past her pen, she is right up front wanting attention. Make this
wonderful rabbit yours!

Kashmir is a spayed female, black Satin mix. She was
about 1 year old when she arrived in December 2010. She’s a
good-sized bunny, a little shy but definitely coming out of her
shell. She’ll now crawl around on you if you sit with her on the
ground for a bit. Kashmir has a cute little white nose and a nice
personality. She’ll make an awesome bunny for the right home. |

Lancelot
Lancelot is a male white and brown English Spot.
Lancelot he was born on September 11, 2010 and arrived at the shelter
in November 2010. He currently shares a pen with his two brothers,
Galahad and Excalibur. The three of them are such a group of goofy
boys! They are so much fun to watch because they do the craziest
things. They’re fun to watch and will keep you in stitches for
hours! They have good litter box habits and are very well behaved
for a threesome!

Legolas
Legolas is a neutered male, white and black English Spot mix. He was
about 1 year old when he arrived in August 2010. Legolas is a very
clever guy and must have needed his ninja-like skills to survive in the
area from which he was rescued. Legolas is warming up to us humans,
doesn't mind being held too much, and is learning to like pets. He has
good litter box habits, and is blossoming into a very cool bunny!

Lothario
Lothario is a neutered male, English spot mix, white with black and
brown spots. Lothario was about 1 year old when he arrived in October
2010. We are fairly certain that he fathered several litters in the
area where we rescued many of our current rabbits, which is where he
got his name. Lothario is still a little skittish, but he has a
good, calm personality, and will be a wonderful rabbit with a little
work. He has great litter box habits.

Moonstone
Moonstone is a female, white & brown English Spot.
She was born on September 11, 2010 and arrived at the shelter in
November 2010. Moonstone currently shares a pen with her sisters
Amethyst and Angelite. She is the most outgoing and the sneakiest
of the three. She is fine with pets and being held, but she is
always looking for a way out! She’s an escape artist, so any
enclosure she’s put into must be secure. Moonstone is very
friendly and full of energy. She’ll be an entertaining rabbit for
a home where she’s lavished with attention. |

Newton is a handsome neutered male, brown Cinnamon. He
was about 8 months old when he arrived in January 2011. Newton
was one of the last of many bunnies to be rescued from an area of San
Clemente. He’s still a bit shy, but has been getting braver
lately. He begs for treats and will eat out of your hand. He
loves food and doesn’t mind pets once you catch him. Newton has
good litter box habits and will make a nice addition to a good home! |

Obsidian is a gorgeous spayed female, black Satin mix.
Obsidian was about 4 months old when she arrived in September 2010.
Like her siblings, Obsidian is an absolutely wonderful rabbit.
She’s mellow, sweet as can be, and is currently in a foster home with
children. Obsidian has excellent litter box habits and the best
personality. She’ll make an awesome rabbit for any home! |

Odette is a spayed female black Satin mix. She was
born on August 1, 2010 and arrived at the shelter in October 2010.
Odette is a rabbit that likes to get her way. She loves pets,
doesn’t mind being held, and is very playful. She does like her
space to be just so, and doesn’t like it to be disturbed. Odette
will need to go to a home with patient and experienced owners who
understand rabbits. With a little work, she’ll be a great bunny! |

Onyx is a spayed female, black Satin mix. She was
about 4 months old when she arrived in September 2010. Like her
siblings, Onyx is an especially wonderful rabbit. She’s a little
sneaky and likes to escape from enclosures, but she is sweet, lovable,
and mellow. She’s used to younger children and is not bothered by
them. She’ll make a wonderful bunny for any lucky home! |

Pauline is a female, white and black English Spot.
Pauline was born on August 1, 2010 and arrived at the shelter in
October 2010. Pauline is a wonderful, outgoing rabbit with an awesome
personality. She's hilarious – whenever food comes her way, she'll
reach as far as she needs to get a few extra bites. She's very
easy to handle, loves getting pets, and is lots of fun! The home
that adopts her will truly be blessed! |

Plato
Plato is a neutered male, black Satin. He was born on August 1, 2010
and arrived at the shelter in October 2010. Plato is a playful rabbit
with lots of energy and personality. He loves to rearrange the items in
his cage. He’s a little skittish after fighting with his brothers
before they were split up, but he’s learning to trust people,
especially when they bring treats! He doesn’t mind pets or being
held for short periods of time. With a little work, Plato will be
a nice addition to a home with patient owners.

Raven and Tourmaline
Raven and Tourmaline are spayed female, black Satin
mixes. They were about 4 months old when they arrived in September
2010. They are bonded and must be adopted together. These two
girls, like their siblings, are awesome rabbits. They love being
out and about, lounging in the sun on chilly days, and being
mellow. They have great litter box habits. They are
accustomed to younger children and would make a great pair of bunnies
for any home! |

Robin
Robin is a neutered male tan dwarf rabbit. He
was about 6 months old when he arrived at the shelter in February 2011.
Robin is a funny little boy who likes to act tough. He is very
active and loves to zoom! He isn't crazy about being picked up,
but he's ok with pets. He had a severe malocclusion and had to
have all of his front teeth removed, so he will need any large, chunky
veggies cut into small pieces before feeding; otherwise, he eats
everything! He has excellent litter box habits. Robin needs to go to a
home with experienced rabbit owners who are willing to treat him like a
king!!

Spot Satin mix. Sprinkles was about 1 year old when he arrived in
September 2010. Sprinkles is a sweet, friendly rabbit with a
great personality. He doesn’t mind being held or petted and
enjoys interacting with people. He loves treats and running
around investigating. He has excellent litter box habits and is
just waiting for the perfect home! |

Troy is a male, neutered, white & black dwarf
English Spot mix. He was about 2 months old when he arrived in
September 2010. Troy is a lonely bunny – he started fighting with
his brothers and had to be split away from them, but he misses
them. He is looking for a home that will give him lots of
attention, treats, and pets. He doesn’t like being picked up very
much, but once he’s being held, he’s ok. Troy would love to find
someone that understands him – would that be you?

Veneto and Sicilia
Veneto and Sicilia are a wonderful
and friendly pair of rabbits! Veneto is a neutered male dwarf Satin mix
black rabbit with a little white spot on his nose. Sicilia is a
spayed female dwarf English Spot mix, white with beautiful black
markings. They were born on November 5, 2010 and arrived at the
shelter in January 2011. They are very loving cuddlers, will run up to
greet you whenever you come to see them, and are a blast to
watch! Veneto and Sicilia have excellent litter box habits and
must be adopted together.

Charcoal and Jett
Charcoal and Jett are a pair of bonded male black
Satin mixes. They were about 5 months old when they arrived in October
2010. Charcoal is the more outgoing of the two; Jett's the
shy one. They are a wonderful pair of boys, easy to handle and love
pets, and really love treats! They will make great bunnies for
any home, even one with younger children, as they are accustomed to
them. You couldn’t ask for a better, sweeter pair of rabbits!
