Help!  We seem to be overrun with bunnies!
Can you help by adopting one or more?

 Rio

Rio is a spayed female, black silver marten Britannia Petite. She's about 6 months old. Rio came into the shelter with Rumba and Ruffles after being dumped in a cardboard box.  Of the three, Rio is the most eager to interact with people.  She runs up to get pets, loves to explore, and is the happiest of all to be in a healthy, friendly environment, running and jumping for joy whenever we bring her out for hopping time.  She's very tidy with her litterbox, and would make a great house rabbit for anyone looking for a pet full of love and appreciation.

  Chocolate and Vanilla

Chocolate and Vanilla are a wonderful, loving bonded pair. Chocolate is a spayed female, black dwarf with cute white paws; Vanilla is a neutered male, brown dwarf with a handsome dark brown face.  They are about 3 years old.  They were raised in a loving home but their parents moved out of state and could not take them.  Chocolate is the shy one, but the more active.  She doesn't mind a few pets though, if you can get her to stay still.  Vanilla is the mellow, friendly one.  He adores getting pets and will sit and soak up the love as long as you're willing to give it!  They have excellent litterbox habits.

 Zeus

Zeus is a neutered male, mixed-breed rabbit born at the shelter on March 5, 2006. Zeus, who is slate gray and white, has the most beautiful markings...can you see the white wings on his back in the photo? He is a strikingly handsome rabbit with soft fur that he got from his rex mother. Zeus is very inquisitive and loves to spend his time exploring. He also enjoys being petted if he's not being too nosy. He's also very neat with his litterbox. Zeus is He and his sister Europa (check her out!) are at the shelter waiting to be adopted to a good indoor home.

  Chaplin

Chaplin is a neutered male, white-and-gray English spot and dwarf mix who is about two years old. He was rescued from a park, infested with large numbers of ticks and fleas. He's been cleaned up and is now ready to find a forever indoor home. He's a real cutie and has a lot of spunk, which he needed to survive in the wild. He's a bit nervous still, but does love getting lots of pets, and will reward you with loud tooth purrs once he relaxes. Chaplin is about a year-and-a-half old and has great litterbox habits.

Sierra

What a wonderful and special bunny Sierra is! She's a young New Zealand White with an awesome personality - super friendly, absolutely adores getting pets, and very tolerant of us humans. She'll run up to you for a nice head rubbing, especially if you have a treat too. She's full of fun and energy and loves to hop and zoom, her tail bouncing up and down as she moves. Sierra has excellent litter box habits, and would be a wonderful companion for any home! (This picture is of her begging for treats.)

 Goldie

Goldie is a female cinnamon. Her coat is a beautiful golden brown with black tips and black points on her ears and face. Goldie is about 1 year old, spunky and full of energy. It was hard to get her picture because she doesn't want to slow down! She loves food, running, and people in that order. Goldie is very friendly, especially if she thinks you have a treat. If you do, she'll crawl all over you to get it! Goldie is a real sweetie with good litterbox habits.

Kimberly

Kimberly is a spayed female, brownish gray and white Dutch with unusual and gorgeous blue eyes. She is a spunky little girl with a great desire to explore. She's friendly and doesn't mind getting a few pets now and then, but her curiosity usually gets the better of her after a short time. Kimberly is about a year old, has good litter box habits, and will make a nice house rabbit for a good home!

Bess

Bess is a very sweet adult female Cinnamon. She was found dumped at the front of the shelter, hiding in the plants. She adores interacting with people and will run up to them for pets. She really loves having the top of her head rubbed. Bess is very active and curious, and enjoys checking out anything new in her environment. She doesn't mind being held, especially if she gets lots of petting! Bess is a couple of years old and has good litterbox habits.

Paddy

Paddy is a handsome neutered male dwarf rabbit who is a wonderful color of gray.  He's about a year old. Paddy is a very nice rabbit although he's still a little shy.  He is very curious and has to check out everything new.  He is learning that humans can actually be nice, and will even allow you to pet him for a couple of minutes, but he enjoys zipping around and checking things out more than anything.  Paddy's good with his litterbox and would make a great house bunny for a quiet home.

 Ruffles and Rumba

Ruffles and Rumba are a loving, bonded pair of spayed female black silver marten Britannia Petite mixes.  They're about 6 months old.  Rumba (on the right) looks more like a standard Britannia.  Ruffles (on the left) has more of the dwarf look to her, with shorter ears and a smushier face.  Ruffles is the more friendly of the two.  She enjoys pets and time to run around, and will frequently run up to you to check you out.  Rumba, although she will let you pet her, is a little more aloof, probably because she is a bit more self-assured.  Both rabbits have excellent litterbox habits and are a joy to watch as they romp together!

Clover

Clover is a neutered male, buff dwarf-Mini Lop mix.  He's about 6 months old.  He arrived at the shelter with his brothers Dandi-lion and Sage.  Clover is the "middle" brother.  He isn't quite as brave as Dandi-lion, but isn't as timid as Sage.  He'll let you pet him for a little while, but would rather spend his time exploring, running, jumping, sniffing, and just generally moving.  He has great litterbox habits. Clover is currently under foster care; if interested, please contact Cindy at clfisher17@cox.net

Dandi-Lion

Dandi-lion is a neutered male, buff Mini Lop-dwarf mix with one ear up and one ear down.  He's about 6 months old.  Dandi-lion was dumped atwith his brothers Clover and Sage.  Dandi-lion is the "big" brother.  He loves getting pets and treats, and zooming around his pen!  He is nervous around fast-moving objects (other than himself), so would do better in a home without young children.  He is very good with his litterbox.  Dandi-lion is currently under foster care; if interested, please contact Cindy at clfisher17@cox.net
